Terms and Conditions
1. No Return, No Refund, No Exchange, No Cancellation
1.1 All sales are final.
1.2 Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
1.3 This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, dislike of product, size issues, or delay in delivery.
1.4 By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.
2. Product Description and Color Disclaimer
2.1 Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, or device settings.
2.2 Handmade products may have minor irregularities which are part of the design and craftsmanship and not defects.
2.3 Such variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for any claim.
3. Defect, Damage, or Missing Item Claims
3.1 Any claim related to damaged, defective, or missing product must be supported by a clear and continuous opening package video showing the sealed package, shipping label, and complete unboxing without cuts or pauses.
3.2 Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.
3.3 Minor thread issues, embellishment displacement, or finishing variations inherent to handcrafted products shall not be considered defects.
4. Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer
4.1 Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2 Delays caused due to courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond the brand’s control.
4.3 The brand shall not be liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner.
5. Shipping and Package Responsibility
5.1 The brand ensures that all orders are securely packed and shipped using reliable courier partners.
5.2 Responsibility of the brand is limited to safe packaging and dispatch of the order.
5.3 Customers must strictly follow the opening package video procedure stated in Clause 3.1 for any claims.
5.4 Claims related to damage, defect, tampering, or missing items without the required opening video shall not be entertained.
6. Incorrect Address or Customer Error
6.1 Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
6.2 Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error shall not be refunded or resent.
6.3 Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipping is required.
7. Usage and Care Responsibility
7.1 Unless otherwise specified, all goods are recommended for dry cleaning only.
7.2 The brand provides no guarantee on fabric, zari, embroidery, embellishments, or colors.
7.3 No claims shall be entertained for damage, shrinkage, color fading, or wear and tear arising from usage, washing, storage, or handling of the product.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All designs, images, content, text, and branding are the intellectual property of the brand.
8.2 Any reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 The brand shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or logistics shutdowns.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 All disputes shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
10.2 All disputes shall be resolved by the Delhi Hindustani Mercantile Association, registered in Delhi, in accordance with its rules and regulations and under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
11. Right to Refuse Service
11.1 The brand reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
11.2 In rare cases where cancellation is initiated by the brand, a refund may be processed.
12. International Shipping
12.1 International shipping charges are additional and calculated based on the weight, volume of the product, and destination country. Shipping charges shall be shared upon inquiry.
12.2 In case of any alterations required for garments shipped internationally, return shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the customer. Customers are requested to conduct at least one trial for best fit.
12.3 International shipments are dispatched on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Product prices are exclusive of all import duties, customs charges, and local taxes.
12.4 The recipient is solely responsible for payment of all applicable import duties, customs charges, and local taxes levied by the destination country at the time of delivery.
